January Sparkle✨ When do you take your Christmas decorations down?
🎄Did you know that when you’re a grown up you can take your Christmas decorations down when you want! 😂
As a kid I remember hating the rule of taking down all the bright 80’s decorations down before the start of the new school term. And of course the witches would come and take them down if you hadn’t done it my 12th night. I thought that would have been great, all that gold tinsel was hard work, and who doesn’t want to see witches!
This year I didn’t really put up any decorations, but there’s couple
that stay up all year because they’re my dogs, Tigger and Freddie, painted my Emily EmilyJClarkArt 🇬🇧
The little string of outdoor Christmas lights are staying up as a scientific experiment 😂. They’re solar powered and it’s interesting to see which weather keeps them shiny bright and they’re really jolly.
My mum made me a little Christmas table decoration out of winter greenery, eventually it turned crispy and got put outside. It has been fun to watch the very bossy lady blackbird pick through the edible bits.
🎄Are you strict with when the decorations come down. Do you leave out a secret bauble or ornament? I think January needs a little extra sparkle.
